I had a wonderful stay at The Westin Nashville, with beautiful surroundings and an incredibly helpful staff. There were a few hiccups, like the experience at the pool, but overall, the location and amenities made it special. I enjoyed the rooftop bar and the comfort of my room, though room service could use improvement.

I stayed in a Heavenly Queen Room on a high floor, and the beds were fantastic. Everything felt cozy and luxurious.
Service
8.0
The staff were friendly and attentive. However, I did have an issue with room service not being up to par during my stay.
Location

The hotel is in a great area, within walking distance of amazing restaurants and attractions. It offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
Dining
9.0
I found the restaurant offering freshly made sandwiches for breakfast and lunch, which was convenient and tasty.
Facilities

While the spa and rooftop bar were highlights, the pool experience didn't meet my expectations due to a lack of seating options.

5.6/10

My stay at The Westin Nashville had its ups and downs. The hotel is beautifully located, just a short walk from exciting spots without being in the chaotic center (which was a bonus!). However, the cleanliness issues in my room were concerning, and the high parking fees felt excessive.

Rooms
5.0
I found the rooms spacious and quiet, but cleanliness could be improved. My room had some crumbs on the carpet and a musty smell upon arrival, which was quite disappointing.
Service
5.0
Service was a mixed bag. While I enjoyed the initial warmth from the staff, my requests for a mini fridge came with frustration, as it took multiple reminders to finally receive one.
Location
8.0
The location was a highlight, being just a short distance from Broadway and other attractions. It was easy to explore the vibrant Nashville scene while still coming back to a quieter area.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were decent with ample breakfast offerings; I loved the pancakes (very delicious!). However, I faced many delays when trying to get service at the cafe and ended up ordering room service instead.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities included a rooftop pool and bar, though I didn’t get to enjoy the pool which was closed for the season. The gym area was well-equipped, which I appreciated.

My stay at The Westin Nashville had its ups and downs. While the hotel features impressive amenities and a beautiful location, I faced several service challenges that truly impacted my experience. The room was clean and offered a lovely view, but inconsistent staff responsiveness left me feeling frustrated. Overall, it seems the hotel has great potential, but they need to improve their customer service to match.

Rooms
8.0
I stayed in a Deluxe King Room on a high floor, which was exceptionally clean and had a lovely view of the stadium at night. The bedding smelled fresh and the bathroom was spotless, which I truly appreciated.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was lacking. Upon expressing my concerns, staff members responded with indifference rather than offering assistance. For example, I was told the spa was unavailable due to a private group, and when I brought up my frustrations about limited poolside seating, the staff seemed uninterested in helping.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk from Broadway, which makes it close enough to enjoy the nightlife but far enough to avoid the chaos. This was definitely a highlight of my stay.
Dining
7.0
The hotel offers excellent on-site dining options. I enjoyed a nice drink at the rooftop bar, beautifully set for the holiday season, although I didn't get to try any meals during my visit. The overall food and beverage atmosphere looked promising.
Facilities
6.0
The amenities are impressive, including a well-equipped gym and a rooftop bar, but I was disappointed to find the spa facilities were booked out when I tried to use them. Additionally, I found the daily $40 fee to use the sauna excessive.

7.0/10

My stay at The Westin Nashville had its highlights, like the beautiful lobby and convenient location, but was marred by significant service issues. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, especially with my request for a mini fridge and adjoining rooms. Overall, I would say it was a mixed experience that could have been much better.

Rooms
7.0
I had a king room with large windows and a nice view, but the sink faucet leaked. It was a large, clean space, though it felt a bit tired and could use some attention.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. From my initial check-in mishaps to the numerous follow-ups for the fridge, I felt neglected as a guest.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to Broadway and nearby bars. It made exploring the area super convenient.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast options were plentiful and tasty, particularly with the vouchers we received. However, I found the cost of drinks in the mini bar quite excessive.
Facilities
6.0
The rooftop bar had amazing views, and the indoor pool was inviting. Unfortunately, the pool felt more like a tiny puddle compared to larger pools I've encountered elsewhere.

5.2/10

My stay at The Westin Nashville had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to key spots like the Bridgestone Arena, but the pool experience was incredibly disappointing. Additionally, the housekeeping service left much to be desired, as my room wasn't serviced daily. 😕

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious, clean, and had great views, but it lacked a mini fridge, which would have been useful. Overall, it felt comfortable.
Service
6.0
While the staff was friendly, my experience with housecleaning was frustrating. We had to call each night for service, which shouldn't be necessary at this level.
Location
9.0
The Westin's location is prime, close to everything in the Gulch, which made it convenient for me and my friends to enjoy Nashville's vibrant scene.
Dining
7.0
I found the dining options limited, especially at breakfast. Room service was decent, but I expected a bit more variety.
Facilities
5.0
The rooftop pool was underwhelming—small and lacking lounge chairs, with a push for private cabanas that felt unreasonable given the pool's size. It could use some major improvement.
